I just viewed your video on fibular head mobility and I must say I seem to have screwed up something in the same area (with the same symptoms). There isn’t much information on the internet, so I hope you can give me a few words of advice!
My fibula head area hurts ONLY when going into a deep squat and attempting to stand back up (beyond parallel). Very sharp pain! I can run, jump, and sit/stand just fine. It’s been approximately 4 weeks since my initial injury and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. I just tried your towel exercise, so I hope that helps. What else can I do? Is there a way to tell if this is a nerve injury or some sort of tendonitis?
I appreciate any help you can provide!
