Just found the site and it looks great, kudos on that.
Getting into corssift now but I have Scoliosis and Kyphotic (Thoracic) so really struggling with things like Squats, wall balls etc… is there anything you can do to help me?
I have the gemini mobility ball and I see a physio every 2 weeks to loosen me up and spend a lot of time with a roller working on it.
