I’ve notice my left shoulder clicking/popping as Im coming down on my pull ups.. All though not painful its more annoying and unconfortable .
what can cause this to happen?
what can I do to improve it?
Should I see a PT or chriopractor?
I woukd visit you but your to far next time when your in LI Barrier CROSSFIT
