WODdoc Episode 307 Project365: Kettlebell Pec Mash & Mob

Most of the time when mashing your pecs we use our body’s to compress tissues against a mobility device. This works wonderful and I use this approach often. A limitation to this approach is arm movement is often limited and modulation of pressure is difficult.  By using a kettlebell we give ourselves another option. It allows us to lay belly-up (supine) which gives us more freedom to move our arms around and we can more easily modulate the amount of compression by changing out the KB weights.
