Terms of Programming
Clients understand that all prescribed programmed therapy is suggested and not required and therefore is performed at the client’s own risk. Clients understand and accept the inherent risk involved in remote programmed therapy and Dr. Tim Simansky will not be held accountable for any injures that could possibly occur.
Dr. Tim Simansky reserves the right to discontinue all services of WODhabilitation in the event the client becomes noncompliant, or he deems WODhabilitation is detrimental to the client’s condition/state of health.
Social Media Commitment
All clients using WODhabiliation programming agree and accept to perform 1 social media post per week of programming (Ex. 1 month programming = 1 post per week for a total of 4 posts) specifically mentioning WODhabilitation and WODdoc.
All forms of social media posting are encouraged however, unless previously discussed only Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube would be considered eligible posts.
Clients who fail to do so will receive a verbal as well as an email warning on the first offence
Second offense with result in ½ week loss of programming.
Every additional offense after will result in a corresponding (1) week loss of programming.
