WODdoc Episode 203 Project365: Restoring Lateral Flexion
On Monday we demonstrated how to test lateral flexion for symmetry and made our case for why it’s important. Today we are taking our results from Episode 201’s testing and attempting to restore symmetry.
1. If you haven’t yet already, test lateral flexion as shown in Episode 201.
2. Foam roll superior (top) portion of leg and thigh (2-4 mins).
3. Once tissue is prepped, mobilize same hip into lateral flexion using 1/2 kneeling hip mob from today’s episode.
4. Retest lateral flexion.
