Chapter 3 has been announced. Dave Castro decided to stop playing around. By placing muscle-ups in the beginning of an AMRAP style workout it seriously changes things for a lot of athletes out there. If you’re not a person who reps out muscle-ups proficiently this is going to be a hard workout to score well on. (That being said it also may be your proudest score of 3 you ever get in your life… so go for it.. and go hard!!!) Either way follow today’s tips for YOUR best score.
