WODdoc Episode 382 P365: Banded Psoas Punch
We all love Kelly Starrett’s couch stretch. This is a great little mob based on the principals of the couch stretch. If you take a look below you will see that by extending the hip we can maximize psoas and quad length (our 1 and 2 joint hip flexors). Reaching terminal hip extension is a great mobilization on its own but we can further enhance the tension on the tissue if we add arm abduction and laterally flex away from the hip being mobilized.
