WODdoc Episode 408 P365: Drop The Bands For Better Shoulder IR Mobility

Bands are great but we don’t need to use them for every mobility in our toolbox. When mobilizing our shoulder into internal rotation often times its better to leave the band on the hook. Bands make it easier for us to cheat into external ration making the mobilization less effective. Try it out with just a vertical pole and see the difference.

***By the way, before I get 100 emails telling me I said internal rotation when it was external … I know but I wasn’t redoing the video because I eventual I correct myself in the end.. but good catch if you noticed.***
