I see so many strong people that are unstable. Quite often we believe that because we are strong we have perfect stability. Take a scroll through your phone and look at some old lifts. How many of you loose position like shown in today’s video. These bad positions may seem harmless… we even joke about it.. smash potatoessssss …. ohh you turtled humped that one…. but these bad positions add up and can be the kryptonite you didn’t even know about. Strong or not take time to work on simplistic ways to improve your back stability at heavy and light weights.
