Deltoids … or as I like to call them, shoulder caps, always reminded me of shoulder pads a warrior would wear. If you have been trekking through The Open your shoulders probably feel as hard as armor. Rolling is a great way to message the tissue, down regulate pain, stimulate blood flow and increase playability within the tissue. …… …. Yes! I will take all of those and a side of “help me on 15.5!”

Left to Right / Top to Bottom: Ant Delt, Lateral Delt, Posterior Delt, Trapezius (focus on the fibers above the shoulder).
