WODdoc Episode 285 Project365: Forefoot Mobility

Feet smell but that doesn’t mean we should neglect them. Take care of your feet. They are pretty important.  The forefoot can become rigid especially if you’re a person who wears hard soled shoes daily. Mobilization of the forefoot is essential to proper ankle, knee and hip mechanics. Its important that our feet have the ability to contour and mold to the surface we are standing on.  Watch today’s video and ensure your tootzies are wiggling enough.

Today’s WODdocket:

1. Test deep squat. Feet how your foot conforms to the ground.

2. Mobilize forefoot as shown 2mins/foot

3. Re-test deep squat. Note any changes.
