WODdoc Episode 369 P365: Ham/Hip Mobilizer
Coming at you with a double whammy tonight. A little twist on the classical hamstring stretch. I really like this because by distracting the hip we can create some space in the anterior (front) hip region and reduce or eliminate any pinching some athletes get with stretching out those ham-hocks. If you’re an athlete that gets pinching when trying to touch your toes this one is for you!
