WODdoc Episode 398 P365: Better Shoulders Better Handstands
We have done different forms of scapular work in the past but never inverted. Today is a progression for Sunday’s lying handstand work. Our goal is to focus on keeping a solid body position while perform inverted scapular push-ups.
To perform scapula push-ups concentrate on keeping your arms straight while allowing your body to sink through your shoulder gurdle. Then drive your head as far from the floor as possible. Hold for 3 seconds and reset.
