WODdoc Episode 155 Project365: Improve Thoracic Rotation

An often overlooked limitation in athletes is thoracic rotation.  Especially more proficient athletes. Why??… because they are such good compensators. However faults are faults and no doubt in the long run will end up in some type of repetitive strain or overuse injury.

Improve thoracic rotation and decrease strain on the kinetic chain. Check it out!
