WODdoc Episode 338 Project365: Hip Symmetry
Still collecting puzzle pieces…. but moving down stream to the hips. The platform our torso sits on is our hips.
We are going to use a Bulgarian Split Squat to test our left and right legs. Today’s goal is to reach a max effort (within good form) squat for both our left and right legs. Write those numbers down… we will need them for later.
