Today, I was lucky enough to met Seth, head coach of Crossfit H-Town. Seth is unique like myself because he’s a crossfit instructor and DPT. Whenever coming from a medical background whatever it may be I always like grabbing their ear and getting their takes on some of their favorite mobs. Today’s Seth’s tweak on a KB psoas mash. I love the idea of elevating onto a box because it frees and leg and allows us to activate the psoas much more effectively. Check it out.
