WODdoc Episode 455 P365: Mobilizing Lats With A Box Stretch ?!?!


Today’s WODdocket:

  1. Gather slack by winding up your hip using a traditional box stretch. Once in position reach, rotate and raise your arm (same arm as leg on the box) into a overhead position. Breath out as you drive your palm toward the sky. Keeping that tension laterally bend away from your bent leg.

2. Repeat 20x/side

3. Don’t forget to Test and Re-test using an OHS.
