WODdoc Episode 268 Project365: 15.5 Body Prep & Technique
15.5 only has 2 movements but I have a bunch to say about them. I think this might be my longest video to date, Not on purpose I promise. It’s just that both movements encompass a lot. The video is pretty complete so not much to say tonight.
