WODdoc Episode 315 Project365: GHD’s Are Psoas Crushers
May 13, 2015 11:57 pm
The psoas is our primary hip flexor. Due to its origin and insertion its primary job is to flex a bent leg. Here is the thing…. that is assuming the bent leg is free to move around. If the leg is anchored down than it will draw the torso toward the knee. This is what happens when we perform GHD sit-ups. Today’s episode is about taking care of those overused and angry psoas muscles.
