WODdoc Episode 64 Project365: Thoracic Extension & Distraction In One
Some days are just better simple. Today is a simple day. What we have is a little global extension drill using some of the same techniques seen in previous episodes. The only difference here is that the bands used are move down to the apex of the thoracic spine. This is a great drill because we get the bonus of distraction which eases tension on the spine and surrounding musculature making it that much easier to induce extension. Check it out!
1. Test OHS bottom position.
2. Spend 2-4 mins with todays drill. Rest when needed. This is not about frying your grip!
3. Re-test OHS bottom position.
