WODdoc Episode 191 Project365: Assisted T-Spine / Lat Mobilization
Were you one of the athletes having trouble with yesterday’s mobility. Here are two banded aids to assisted yesterday’s tip.
Keep a couple things in mind.
1. Use a light band – You don’t want the band pulling you out of position. The idea of the band is to improve your position not ruin it.
2. Bring yourself as far into rotation as your can and then relax and use breathing (deep breaths) to allow the band to pull you further.
1. Do a set of 10 / arm as shown yesterday. Then complete another set of 10 with each assist shown in today’s video.
