WODdoc Episode 224 Project365: Ooh So Close Bar Mash

It’s pretty common practice to roll your thighs…. hamstring… quad… ITB… adductor. ¬† All the easy parts get the most love. Only makes sense right? However, sometimes we have to hit uncharted territory to get the job done. No one likes moving their business around for mobility work… other things… sure … but mobility work… not likely. If you’re a guy be prepared to do that today because today we’re tracking up north, high into the crotch region. Searching for that pubic bone… coming just south and mashing our adductor tendon. ¬†Ouuuuh so close…
