WODdoc Episode 396 P365: Improve Your Handstands By Lying Down
This is a great drill to make us aware of our shoulder position while inverted. To many times we see the athletes elbows move to the outside as the shoulder falls into internal rotation. With today’s drill we are able to really concentrate on screwing our elbows into external rotation (the most stable position) as we press against the wall.
