WODdoc Episode 471 P365: Kettlebell Groin Mash
Today we are cleaning out our hip pits ….. yep I said it… hip pits. It’s what I will be calling our groins from now on. These suckers spend so much time in a flexed position (from various sitting positions) we are going to have to start using speedstick on them.
- Perform 3 sets of 5 hip activations with kettlebell positioned as shown in the video. Separate each set with 30 secs of kettlebell rocking to increase therapeutic depth.
