WODdoc Episode 108 Project365: Quadruped Wrist/Forearm Mobility
Not everyday can be filled with my long drawn out posts about life, love and, the pursuit of happiness. Today is one of those days. Let’s keep it simple. If we scorch our forearms, have no balls, have no bands. Do not fear. We have the ground and we have our hands. Unless of course, you’re in the middle of the ocean or floating away in outer space but, you probably have bigger problems then.
1. Perform Quadruped Wrist/Forearm Mob
a) 15 reps hands forward
b) 15 reps hands to your sides
c) 15 reps hands toward your knees
