We move our neck a lot… a real lot. Yet, I never walked into a box where everyone was doing neck mobility. It’s kind of like that forgotten about mobility. Back in the day during wrestling practice we performed neck mobility daily. My neck never felt better. In fact the wrestling room is the only place I ever see our necks getting regular love. We can do better.
Think your neck mobility is good. You better hope so. See how it relates to some common crossfit movements in today’s video.
1. Check your neck mobility. Attempt to touch your chin to each collar bone. Don’t cheat… keep your mouth closed and your shoulders back and down.
