With the warmer weather we get all you hibernators wandering out into the daylight again. You’re not sure what to do so you figure jogging seams easy enough. Thing is you haven’t jogged since last year and putting one foot in front of the other at a pace any faster then walking seems awkward. But, you do it anyway because that’s what everyone else is doing. Then, you wonder why your legs hurt the next day. Today’s episode is about treating those shins and prepping them for that endeavor we call jogging (with a some “j”).
