WODdoc Episode 280 Project365: Front Roll Technique: Part II
Today is part II of our new technique front roll to support. Yesterday we got comfortable hanging upside-down and began working on our transition from the bottom to the top of the roll. Today we are working from the top down. Believe it or not this takes more strength and is why I use it as the second progression. It’s really important to note that you utilize proper safety precautions and have a crash pad and spotter for this one. Also using a low bar is an option if your have one.
